What time do I need to arrive for my appointment?
We advise you to arrive 5-minutes prior to your appointment time to complete a medical consultation form prior to your treatment beginning.

Can I use the spa facilities?
Only if you are staying with us or have booked on a spa day where use of the facilities are included.

I am pregnant, what treatment can I have?
We are only able to treat those beyond their first trimester. Our special Elemis Expert™ Peaceful Pregnancy Massage is the perfect treatment for those looking for a treatment during pregnancy.
