With a view of our Walled Garden, our small but perfectly formed spa promises an idyllic retreat with or without little ones in tow.
Facilities
Our 12-metre indoor swimming pool is open daily from 7am until 9pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 8pm at weekends. As well as a pool with a verdant view, you'll find a sauna, steam room and relaxation area. In the summer months, we also have a heated outdoor pool with an unrivalled view and a pool bar for welcome refreshments.
Treatments
Whether you opt for a soothing massage to melt away stresses or a re-energising facial, our treatments all feature ishga's seaweed-based products. We even offer a range of Little ishga treatments which are suitable for children aged 3+.
Pre or post-treatment, chill out in our relaxation room with a steaming cup of herbal tea.

If you're in need of the ultimate in R&R, our two-night Pamper Break is perfect. Look forward to two blissful nights of undisturbed sleep, cooked and continental breakfast each morning, use of the facilities and one 55 minute treatment per adult. Plus, those with little ones of tow will receive complimentary childcare!
Membership
As a member, you'll get full access to the spa's facilities, discounted treatments, and childcare at our Ofsted-registered Four Bears Den. And with 7 acres of gardens to explore, numerous quiet spaces to relax in, and plenty of fun places for children to discover, our membership brings you a private parkland.
