Luxury Family Hotels

  1. What are your check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is at 11am, but you're welcome to use the hotel facilities either side of these times.

  2. How does your baby-listening facility work?

    Pop down to reception and we will provide you with a video monitor to plug into your room before you settle down your little one. We’ll then give you a handset so that you can keep an eye on them while you’re away. Babysitting can be booked in advance at a cost £25 per hour (minimum two hours), though rates will vary over bank holiday weekends and the festive season and full payment is due if cancelled within two hours.

  3. What do you provide in your rooms for children?

    No need to bring extra luggage, we have all these items covered:

    • Mini cooler
    • Potty
    • Bathroom step
    • Baby bath
    • Kids’ toilet seat
    • Bed guards

  4. When can children use the swimming pools?

    There is no restriction for children swimming in the pool - they just need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  5. Do you accept dogs?

    We welcome the whole family and we accept well-behaved dogs at a charge of £15 per night.

  6. Do you offer parking?

    We have complimentary parking at the hotels.

  7. What ages are pamper treatments suitable for?

    Our range of junior treatments is available for those aged over 3 years. Those having treatments who are under the age of 16 are required to have their treatment in our dual treatment room alongside a responsible adult aged 17 or over.

New Park Manor

  1. What leisure facilities do you have?

    The spa at New Park Manor has a 16-metre swimming pool, a hot tub with views, thermal rooms, an experience shower and four treatment rooms.

  2. What activities are there for children at New Park Manor?

    In our garden, you’ll find a football pitch, swings, a climbing frame and some outdoor toys. We can set up a badminton net if you’d like a game. Inside, we’ve got a cinema room with a range of DVDs, plus table football and lots of books.

    Our Ofsted-registered Four Bears Den is the perfect playground for children up to the age of 8, with toys, art equipment and dressing-up clothes. You can also borrow wellies and umbrellas for rainy-day adventures, and, if you’re heading for the coast, come and grab some crab bait from reception.

Fowey Hall

  1. What leisure facilities do you have?

    The spa at Fowey Hall has a 12-metre swimming pool, a relaxation space, complete with an outdoor terrace and treatment rooms as well as a seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

  2. What activities are there for children to do at Fowey Hall?

    In our garden, you can find a climbing frame, a tyre swing, a zip wire and a trail. Inside the hotel, you will find our Library with a host of storybooks and board games. Head down the hallway and you'll find our blue room with table tennis, table football and consoles. Don’t miss out on our movie showings in our cinema room.

    Our Ofsted-registered Four Bears Den is the perfect playground for children up to the age of 8. There are toys galore, art equipment, dressing up clothes. There are also wellies, fishing nets and buckets and spades - and don’t forget to ask reception for crab bait on your way out!

  3. Where is the nearest beach to Fowey Hall?

    Readymoney Cove (10-15 minute walk) is a southeast-facing sandy beach to the south of the harbour town of Fowey. It's sheltered by cliffs close to the mouth of the River Fowey Estuary and bounded on one side by the medieval part of Fowey and, on the other, by St Catherine’s Castle. A seasonal dog ban applies on this beach.

Woolley Grange

  1. What leisure facilities do you have?

    The spa at Woolley Grange has a heated indoor 12-metre swimming pool and, in the summer, a heated outdoor 12-metre pool. There's also a sauna, steam room and two treatment rooms.

  2. What activities are there for children to do at Woolley Grange?

    In our garden, you can find the Good Life Garden and playhouses, chickens, Indian runner ducks, a trampoline, climbing frame, football nets, croquet lawn, giant Connect4, the Nature Garden (with bird hide and fairies), the musical woods and the amazing grass maze.

    Inside the hotel, you'll find a host of story books, DVDs and board games, and the Hen House with table football and games consoles. Don’t miss out on the movie showings and popcorn in our cinema room. Our Ofsted-registered Four Bears Den is the perfect playground for children up to the age of 8. There are toys galore, art equipment and dressing up clothes. We also provide wellies and fishing nets to go pond dipping.

Moonfleet Manor

  1. What leisure facilities do you have?

    We have an indoor swimming pool, a sauna and treatment rooms.

  2. What activities are there for children to do at Moonfleet Manor?

    The Verandah is home to a whole host of facilities for all ages, including a large indoor play area with ride-on toys, trampolines, a climbing wall, a slackline and an under-fives' area.

    If families are looking for activities to take part in together, we have an on-site skittle alley, crazy golf, a squash court and two tennis courts. We can supply all the equipment. We also have two escape rooms and a science lab, which can be booked for a fee of £25 per family.

  3. Where is the nearest beach to Moonfleet Manor?

    Chesil Beach stretches from Portland to Lyme Regis, also known as the Jurassic Coast and can be accesssed from either Portland or Abbotsbury. Alternatively, Weymouth Bay, a large safe sandy beach is 20 minutes by car.

The Ickworth

  1. What leisure facilities do you have?

    The Ickworth has a 15-metre swimming pool, a tennis court, bikes, micro scooters and three treatment rooms.

  2. What are the treatment rooms' opening times?

    Monday to Sunday 9.30am - 5pm.

  3. What activities are there for children to do at Ickworth?

    In our garden, you can find a trampoline, Fairy Garden with a host of outdoor play equipment, a tennis court, and a bike shed full of bikes to hire. Inside the hotel, you'll find our library with a host of storybooks and toys. On the lower ground floor, you'll find our Blue Room with table tennis, PlayStation, Xbox and Wii consoles. There are board games available at reception. Don’t miss out on our movie showings in our cinema room.

    Our Ofsted-registered crèche is the perfect playground for children up to the age of 8. There are toys galore and art equipment.
