Practice your lengths or make a splash in our 16-metre indoor pool, with a heated outdoor pool open from 19th May to 4th September for a refreshing dip. To ensure a peaceful experience, we offer adult-only swim times from 10 - 11am and 3 - 4pm daily. Elsewhere in the spa, unwind in the sauna, steam room, or our Somadome—a technology-enabled meditation pod.

Outside, relax on the terrace in one of our two hot tubs or the glass-fronted snug, perfect for soaking in the tranquil beauty of the New Forest.
