At all of the Luxury Family Hotels, you will have 90 minutes of complimentary childcare per night's stay*, so take time to relax and reconnect, whilst the little ones are thoroughly entertained in our Ofsted-registered Four Bears Den. For half term, each hotel has a programme of activities including arts and crafts, stories, games and much more. In addition to the supervised sessions, there are family activity options each day from s’mores on the fire pit to mocktail making to scavenger hunts and lots more.

New Park Manor 

20 minutes from the hotel you will find the popular Paultons Park, home to Peppa Pig world. This family theme park is a great family day out, with rides for all ages including the all-new Splash Lagoon that opens on the 18th May. 

Woolley Grange

A short drive from the hotel is the famous Longleat Safari Park, where this May half term they have an exclusive live wildlife show with the TV presenter Steve Backshall. The live show will take place daily from 25th May - 2nd June. 

Fowey Hall

Close by, you will find the fantastic Eden Project, where half term will come alive with their Festival of Imagination. This provides the perfect setting to a world of creativity and wonder with theatre, dance, music, and literature.

The Ickworth

Onsite you can explore the National Trust Estate right from our doorstep. Hotel residents enjoy free entry to the National Trust house, where you can explore the Rotunda, museum and Italianate garden. You can also head out onto the wider 1,800 acre estate on one for the walking or cycle trails. 

Moonfleet Manor

Along the coast at Abbotsbury Swannery it’s a very special time of year, the cygnets are beginning to hatch! This is the only place in the world where you are able to walk through the heart of a colony of nesting Mute Swans, making it a truly special place to spend a family day out.
