  1. Where are dogs allowed in the hotel?

    There are a few areas where dogs aren’t permitted, including the Spa, the Den and the children’s play area. 

  2. Do dogs have to wear leads?

    A lead must be worn at all times in public areas.

  3. Do you have dog waste bins?

    We’ve thoughtfully placed a dog waste bin on the hotel grounds for your convenience. Located in the back garden, right next to the large pine tree.

  4. What dog walks would you recommend?

    For local walks, we highly recommend exploring the scenic Whitefield Moor Walk or the picturesque Lyndhurst Parish Walk. Please ask at reception for more information. 

  5. Does the dog wash station have hot water and towels?

    Our dog wash station is fully equipped with both hot and cold water for your pet's comfort, and we’ve made sure to stock it with fresh towels and a few treats.

  6. Can non residents order from the A la Bark menu/Waggy tails tea?

    Yes. Calling ahead is advised to avoid disappointment.
