Spa facilities

Our spa at Fowey Hall offers a peaceful escape for the whole family and gives you the chance to switch off and unwind with loved ones. Members can enjoy full us of the spa facilities and seasonal members-only events.

Spa facilities include:

  • 12-metre indoor swimming pool
  • Seasonal outdoor swimming pool (Open daily 10am  - 6pm from April to 2nd November 2026)
  • Steam room (for guests 16 and over)
  • Hydro spa pool (for guests 16 and over)
  • Horsebox Sauna (for guests 16 and over)
  • Relaxation lounge and terrace (for guests 16 and over)
  • Gym - located in the courtyard, our gym has bikes, rowers, treadmills, free weights and stretching space.

Our Gym

Just a short walk from the Spa to The Courtyard, Fowey Hall’s light and calming gym is designed for easy, feel good workouts. Enjoy treadmills, bikes, Concept rowers, benches, jump boxes and free weights, plus a peaceful stretching area with mats, resistance bands and pilates balls to unwind.
