Spa ethos
We take a unique approach to wellness. Our spa facilities are family-friendly throughout the whole day, and children are encouraged to relax with our range of facilities and treatments, just like adults. We work with British brand, ishga, to incorporate nourishing ingredients from the rugged Scottish coast into our treatments.
Swimming pools
Whether you want to get some practice in with the kids or relax with a dip, our 12-metre indoor swimming pool is open daily from 8am until 8pm. During the summer months, we also have a heated outdoor pool with an unrivalled view (our outdoor pool is open from Easter until October and on Boxing Day and New Year's Day).
Relaxation room
Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase the Cornish coastline in our brand-new relaxation room. It's an idyllic space to unwind pre or post-treatment with a refreshment in hand.
Terrace
Bifold doors from the relaxation room and indoor pool open onto the new spa terrace - the perfect setting to soak up the Cornish sun.
Spa treatments
Set above the rugged Cornish coast, our treatment rooms offer a sanctuary for your senses. They're somewhere you can rebalance your mind, body and soul while indulging in a massage, facial or nail treatment. And because we believe that you're never too young to invest in your wellbeing, we even offer a selection of treatments for children from age 3+.
