Take to the Kennet and Avon Canal

Hire a Canadian canoe on the Kennet & Avon canal and paddle your way towards Bath. Take a picnic from the hotel, bring your adventurous spirit and pack up your troubles. Fun for all the family!
Canadian Canoes can be hired from the Lock Inn in Bradford on Avon. They take up to a family of four and cost £25 for a two-hour paddle. Head up to Avoncliff where the Kennett & Avon canal crosses the River Avon – so picturesque! If you are quiet enough you can also see kingfishers and herons.

Pre-booking of 2 hours or more in advance is essential.
