Enter Santa’s Winter Woodland Grotto!

This festive season, step into the magic of Santa’s Winter Woodland Grotto, set within the cosy Schooner and now with a beautifully refreshed waiting area in the Waters Edge Lounge. Children will be enchanted as they meet Santa in this magical setting, before enjoying a squash and a festive treat. The fun continues at our craft station, where little ones can get creative with seasonal activities, and families are also invited to make the most of our Play Barn, ensuring the joy lasts long after their visit to Santa.

Tickets are £25 per child. Babies are very welcome to join free of charge; however, please note that a gift is not included unless you’d like to purchase the £25 experience for them.

• Saturday 6th December 12pm – 5pm

• Sunday 21st December 12pm – 5pm

Important Information

• Session Duration: 20 minutes, with up to 4 children per session.
• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your allocated session to enjoy the waiting area.
• Special Considerations: If you have a child with additional needs, food allergies or intolerances,  let us know when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
• Larger Families: Please speak to our team when booking if you need an extended session.
• There are a flight of stairs leading to the grotto so we recommend leaving strollers in the car or at the entrance to the building.
