Join the team at the Lost Gardens of Heligan at the end of September for a seasonal seven course tasting menu with arrival drink brought to you by Development Chef Nat Tallents and the Kitchen Team. Featuring the finest homegrown heritage produce and Heligan rare breed meats, you can dine in style just 157 yards from the Productive Gardens.
The menu is never published beforehand as it is written after the gardeners have listed what’s available or what’s in season, which makes it completely ingredient led and 5 out of 7 courses will always be vegetarian.
