The summer is here, we are looking forward to relaxing and enjoying some refreshing summer cocktails and mocktails. The team at Woolley Grange is sharing their favourite three recipes from their new menu so you can try your hand at making your own at home.
Our own twist on a refreshing, classic cocktail - best enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the Wiltshire countryside.
25ml elderflower liqueur, 25ml white rum, 25ml apple juice, ½ a lime, mint sprig and soda water
Muddle the Rum, Elderflower liqueur, Apple, Lime and Mint in a jam jar glass. Fill with ice cubes. Top with soda, stir and finish with a garnish of Mint sprig
Summer Punch Mocktail
Orange juice, passionfruit juice, ginger beer, lemonade
A fun and fruity mocktail - keeping you well refreshed this summer.
75ml mango juice, 75ml passionfruit juice, 50ml lemonade, topped with ginger beer
Grab a hurricane glass, cover the bottom with frozen berries and fill with ice. Add your passionfruit, Mango, lemonade and top with Ginger beer. Once done, stir and enjoy!
Berry Julep Mocktail
Frozen berries, cranberry juice, grenadine, lime, mint leaves, ginger beer
One for the kiddies if they love the slush.
1 handful of frozen berries, 100ml cranberry juice, ½ a lime, 5 mint leaves, 25ml grenadine, a top of ginger beer.
Find a cup to mix all ingredients before adding to your rock glass. Blend berries, cranberry juice, lime juice, mint and grenadine until smooth. Fill your rock glass up half way with ice. Pour blended ingredients into your rock glass. Top with Ginger beer and garnish with seasonal leaf.
