A fresh new era at New Park Manor

We are thrilled to have completed the refurbishment of New Park Manor and it now enters its new era as a jewel in the heart of the New Forest.

Fresh Design

The project was led by the team at StudioJill, who have worked with the collection across Fowey Hall and Moonfleet Manor. Inspiration for the interiors comes from the property’s roots as King Charles II’s hunting lodge and ancient New Forest folklore, working with a palette of Autumn woodland hues and earthy tones.

New look for dining spaces and bedrooms

The Vinery Restaurant blends rustic charm with contemporary design. Filled with natural light, the space features an earthy palette of green, brown, rust, and weathered oak, creating a calming, informal space for you to enjoy breakfast and afternoon tea. The Stag Restaurant and Bar is a blend of country style and, richer textures and provides a more grown-up experience for evening cocktails and dinner.

Inspired by the forest and woodland, the bedrooms feature a mix of textured fabrics and patterned wallpaper and incorporate a playful use of nooks and secret spaces, designed with our little guests in mind. Throughout the property’s design, you will notice a subtle nod to Alice in Wonderland, with whimsical mushrooms painted on the walls and distorted checks dotted around; this is particularly noticeable in the Ofsted-registered Four Bears Den, where children will be able to take part in fun activities with the Den team.

Additions to the Spa

With a fresh look, the spa is the perfect place to relax with its calming interiors and facilities. Our spa terrace has been expanded with two new hot tubs and a brand-new glass-fronted snug, perched on the edge of the terrace—perfect for taking in the beautiful views all year round. In the Spa you will also discover our new Somadome meditation pod, a unique technology-enabled meditation pod. Suitable for ages six and up, this immersive space uses LED light therapy, binaural beats, and magnetic therapy to reduce stress, improve sleep, and enhance relaxation.

Outdoors the gardens are blooming in time for summer and the refreshing outdoor pool is the perfect spot for relaxing during the lazy, hazy days of summer.
