There's will be an abundance of activities for budding paleontologists of all ages including guided fossil and geographical walks, fascinating exhibitions, lots of hands-on science plus some thought-provoking and entertaining talks
New Park Manor
Head to the BBC Gardeners World Spring Fayre at Beaulieu Motor Museum. Running from 28 to 30 April, you can be inspired for your garden with stunning floral displays and beautiful borders.
Woolley Grange
Head into the historic city of Bath and join the Royal Roman Quest at the Roman Baths. Choose one of their new family trails on your visit before the 31st of May and see if you can help the emperor find his crown.
The Ickworth
Join the May Day Celebrations at Kentwell Hall from 29 April - 1st May. Traditionally on May Day Villagers cavorted around a May Tree, at Kentwell Hall you will find their costumed volunteers as if in the 16th Century do likewise. A great way to see a little bit of history recreated.
Fowey Hall
Take a short drive to the Eden Project, which is must see when visiting Cornwall. You can wander through steamy jungles, marvel at the cutting-edge architecture and learn about the weird and wonderful plants that thrive there.
