Passion Fruit Martini
Ingredients
1 ripe passion fruit, halved
30ml Vodka
15ml Passoa
½ tbsp of lime juice
½ tbsp of sugar syrup
Dash of Prosecco
Ice
Method
Scoop the seeds from one-half of the passion fruits into the cocktail shaker.
Add the vodka, Passoa, lime juice and sugar syrup.
Add a handful of ice and shake up the mix
Strain the mixture into a martini glasses
Top with Prosecco and then add the other half of the passion fruit
Santa’s Hat
Ingredients
25ml Pinkster raspberry gin
15ml Aperol
15ml Disaronno
15ml Crème de mûres
15ml Rhubarb liqueur
50ml Double cream
Grated nutmeg
Maraschino cherry
Ice
Method
Add ice to a cocktail shaker and pour over all the ingredients
Stir mixture
Strain mixture into coupe glass
Slowly pour double cream on top so that it floats
Garnish with some nutmeg and maraschino cherry
Cranberry Spritz
Ingredients
50ml Cranberry Juice
25ml Fresh orange juice
Sprig of thyme
50ml sparkling white grape juice
Handful of ice
Method
Pour cranberry juice into glass of choice
Add in orange juice and stir
Add thyme and ice cubes and stir
Top with the sparkling grape juice
