Enter Santa’s Grotto in Our Magical Christmas Village!

This festive season, we invite you to experience the enchantment of our Christmas Village themed Grotto, located in the cosy Schooner with a new waiting area at the Waters Edge Lounge. Children can enjoy a hot chocolate with a gingerbread cookie, and get creative in our crafting area before going into the magical grotto to meet Santa.

Details:

Cost: £15 per child for hotel residents / £20 per child for non-residents – includes a special present for each child, use of the Verandah indoor play area after the visit with Santa, and tea/coffee with a mince pie for accompanying parents. A non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking.

Important Information

• Session Duration: 20 minutes, with up to 4 children per session.
• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your allocated session to enjoy the waiting area.
• Special Considerations: If you have a child with additional needs, food allergies or intolerances,  let us know when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
• Larger Families: Please speak to our team when booking if you need an extended session.
• There are a flight of stairs leading to the grotto so we recommend leaving strollers in the car or at the entrance to the building.
