This Pancake Day, make our family-friendly easy peasy pancake recipe, courtesy of Group Development Chef, Neal Jepson. When it comes to toppings, get inspired by the team and their favourites.
Pancake Ingredients
100g plain flour
2 large eggs
300ml milk
When you grease the pan, use some kitchen paper, dab it into the oil and then carefully wipe the pan, you don’t need a lot of oil.
While the basic ingredients used to make the pancakes will be similar in all households, when it comes to toppings the possibilities are endless.
