However, the true magic unfolds when you venture out to catch the perfect sunset, you can even take a picnic from the hotel to enjoy. We are sharing some of the best places to watch the sunset near our hotels stunning locations.
The Ickworth, is surrounded by 1,800 acres of National Trust parkland. For a sunset that blends history with nature, take a stroll through Ickworth Park. The expansive grounds provide numerous vantage points where you can watch the sun dip behind the trees, casting long shadows over the rolling lawns.
New Park Manor is situated in the heart of the New Forest, an area renowned for its ancient woodlands and open heathlands. For a stunning sunset experience, we recommend heading to Bolton's Bench in Lyndhurst. This elevated spot offers sweeping views across the forest and beyond, where the setting sun casts a golden glow over the rolling hills. Another great spot is Hatchet Pond near Beaulieu, the largest body of water in the New Forest. The sunset here, reflected in the still waters of the pond.
Located on the Jurassic Coast, Moonfleet Manor offers proximity to some of the most dramatic coastal scenery in England. For a breathtaking sunset, head to Chesil Beach. This 18-mile stretch of pebble beach runs from West Bay to the Isle of Portland.
