  1. What time do I need to arrive for my appointment?

    We advise you to arrive 5-minutes prior to your appointment time to complete a medical consultation form prior to your treatment beginning.

  2. Where are the wellness facilities located?

    Our wellness facilities are conveniently located on the lower level of the main building, along the same corridor as the Den. The swimming pool is situated near the entrance of the main building, just a short walk away.

  3. Can I use the wellness facilities?

    Only if you are staying with us or have booked on a spa day where use of the facilities are included.

  4. I am pregnant, what treatment can I have?

    We are only able to treat those beyond their first trimester. Our special Mums To Be Massage is the perfect treatment for those looking for a treatment during pregnancy.
